Books We Love - TRS staff picks!

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, now is a great time to fall in love with reading!

We have some amazing displays in the Discovery and War Memorial Libraries to tempt you with.  In the War Memorial Libraries, staff at TRS have kindly recommended books they love - these are on display for you to browse and borrow!

If you need some encouragement to love reading again here are a couple of tips:

• Choose carefully – think about what you are interested in reading, there is no right or wrong!  It could be fiction or non-fiction, funny books, horror stories, romance or 'real-life' fiction.  Ask a friend to recommend a book they’ve enjoyed or ask your Librarian for ideas.

• Make time to read every day - it may sound obvious but even if you don’t like reading, with the right book reading will become a habit and something to enjoy.  The Libraries have lots of great books from graphic novels and Diary of a Wimpy Kid to Alex Rider and Harry Potter.
